One step at a time

July 11, 2022 by Rebekah Gutzmer

Hey friends! Time just keeps on going, doesn’t it? I am reminded of this now daily as I watch my little man continue to grow. Its hard to believe that he is almost six months old. I’m not going to lie, I might have shed some tears a couple of days ago when I realized how big he has gotten.

Fourth of July,

I know that over the past couple of years, life has been tough with seemingly one thing after another. But recently I have been blown away by God’s faithfulness and His kindness.

As many of you know we are currently in the stage of raising support so that we can go to Paraguay. We just arrived in Arizona a couple of days ago so that we could connect more with True Hope Fellowship church in the Gila Valley area. Yesterday we were able to be at True Hope and Pastor K spontaneously asked us to share a bit about ourselves and our future ministry and asked us to take the whole church service on July 31st to share more. Wow. Just one more thing to remind us of how God is working. We did nothing to earn that, and the Lord just placed the opportunity into our lap.

Saturday mornig breakfast @ the Cottage Bakery in Safford AZ.

As we continue to walk forward, we will continue to lean into the Lord, follow His leading and direction, and walk faithfully as a family who loves Jesus. I was encouraged by this verse this morning:

For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love

Psalm 33:4-5

May I encouraged you to rest in the Lord, in His goodness and truth. Throughout all times and all circumstances He is faithful.

Until next time,

Bekah
