Just a short note this month to say hi, and thank you for your prayers. Please let us know how we can pray for you too.

Michigan!

Lordwilling, we plan to visit Skiff Lake and Bear Lake churches up in Michigan this May.  Let us know if you would like to get together during that time.  Please pray the Lord will work out all the details for the trip and that we will be able to be a blessing and connect with many people as well as be refreshed. 

Family

The kids enjoy reading and playing outside and watering our tiny garden.In April, Scott’s car was totaled when it was rear-ended, since it is an older car. We are thankful that no one was injured. Please pray that God will provide a nice white car to replace it. It is more difficult to find a used car than we first anticipated, but we are trusting God to open a door for us.

CS & IT Ops

We are thankful Scott was able to attend two days of joint meetings with the CS & IT Ops (Computer Service and IT Operations). They did some team building, discussed tools and also brainstormed and got team input for future projects.
Scott said, “It was good because you are learning how other people think, and can better understand the questions they are asking. It helps you work better together.”
Scott also enjoyed chatting at lunch with the team and getting to know the remote team members better.

Ministry Projects

The Ethnos360 Training Center is implementing team’s voice first. Scott will be one of the team setting that up at the home office in the future. He is still working on the certification classes as there were some pre-requisites to take as well.
IT has provided a larger archive drive for video what we have previously had. Pray that Regina can get all of the mac-drive projects sorted into the PC-archive. There are quite a number of hard drives with various files and projects to determine what needs to be there, or if it is already there as she did work on the video archive prior to the move to the new building. And the PC-to-Mac communication is another challenge to work through for that project.

Pray for Scott to get some hands-on experience with Team’s voice for the certification.
Pray for Regina’s archive project to go smoothly.
Pray for wisdom in parenting.
Pray for the Lord to provide a good replacement car.
