International Ministries

August 29, 2013 by Regina Rodman

NTM members can find resources about culture and language acquisition on the members website.

The International Ministries team has a number of resources for members about church planting, translation, mature churches, literacy and a number of other helpful things.

These are all on our members website, and the past few days I’ve been helping to set up this section on the new website.

Lesson learned: do it right the first time!

We did a quick set up of the pages so they will show all the articles, until we could figure out how the article categories were going to work.

Then we had an internal meeting about the site, a meeting with the international ministries folks, and then I was able to take some of my directions from NTM Homes and re-make them for this section for a training session.  Yes, I’d love to have fewer meetings, but they are helpful to have everyone on the same page!

Then I reset the pages so they would display the articles based on categories.  Thankfully, I did not have to re-do too much as the basic pages themselves were still usable.

Now the international ministries team is off and running putting their articles into categories and getting everything ship shape for the members site go live.
