Gnatt charts and more

January 17, 2014 by Regina Rodman

In order to maximize our small team here, we’ve been having planning meetings about how to tell the same story across a variety of media – email, webpages, magazines, to save time and resources as well as reach a larger audience.

Getting organized is fun sometimes.  But it can be discouraging to add up all the things you want to do, the time things actually take, and the amount of things you can really do.  Whew!   That’s in the gnatt chart.  And as we fill it in, the need for additional team-mates may become very clear!

The beginnings of our gnatt chart

And the 2014 editorial calendar has several projects and “dream” ideas like partner-to-partner, NTM@work, and a year-end project, as well as dreams like a missionary gear blog and audio podcast.

We’ve also outlined our main topic for a new bi-weekly email we’ll be sending out called NTM Connect.  We plan to create a co-ordinating text and image for the www.ntm.org homepage.  This will provide more opportunities for people to get involved with NTM.

Yet it is encouraging to see how God is working through our team and helping us get organized for the year.

Go team!
