Our family completed the work permit process with Canadian Immigration officials yesterday evening. We thank the Lord for His grace and their efficiency. We received our paperwork in less than an hour. Immediately afterwards, Jinni and the girls left for Durham while the boys and I returned to Jonesville.
RJ is due for registration at NTBI on Saturday. Elijah and I will drop him off then. We have a rental truck scheduled for a few days later. Elijah and I will load ‘er up and head for Durham as soon as we know where we will be unloading. Jinni is residence hunting even now…
(Here is a picture of us before we left for the Canadian line)
We know the Lord has a perfect place for us to live and be His ambassadors while we serve in Durham. Our desire is to be just that even during this transition.
The Lord is our sufficient One through each step of this journey and we are ever so thankful He remains obviously and intimately active in the little details. We praise our Father for His faithfulness and for your faithful partnership, too!
for the family… Roland

These are really quite the days for you guys… The residence will be in the town of Durham??? I wish you could live at the Institute:-( Well, maybe in the future. God protect you over all these miles and may your son RJ fit in really well at Jackson.
Great Grandma Cora bowed in prayer for you guys last night when she realized that you were making all these changes. She seems to always remember you.
We do, too. And we are proud of you, too.
