House update – still work to be done

Well, the day after I posted the last update on my house, plans changed again.  A security team from Ethnos360 came out and, after visiting My Village, told us of several changes that will need to be made to our houses before we can move in because of the changing security situation in this part of the Africa.  So, instead of our move-in date being right around the corner, it’s pushed back yet again.  It won’t happen this month.  Maybe possibly next month, but otherwise in November hopefully.

But there is progress.  I hear that the lights and fans and solar panel are being installed.  I look forward to seeing what it will look like the next time I go out there!  I’ll keep you posted . . .
