Marching on in March 2008

March 8, 2008 by

Martha & son Aaron last Christmas

Thanks so much for your prayers for us.

Mom Peterson came home today! Her last CT Scan showed no more bleeding in her brain. We brought her home to our house initially, to make sure that she can transition back to living alone in her home next door. But Dad Peterson, having dementia, needs to stay in a nursing home where he can receive 24-hour care. This separation will be hard for them.

This month I am starting a new translation project in French. The NTM African Coordinating Team has asked me to help translate some material which they will soon be using for helping West African pastors who are or are wanting to do church-planting cross-culturally.

On a personal level, we would appreciate your prayers for our oldest son Aaron who has recently been deployed to a war zone for 9 months.

See our Prayer & Praise items for this month under the "Latest Prayer Requests" on the left.
