Hi folks,
I am leaving tomorrow on a missions trip with a local church group who had a "pre-paid" extra spot to be filled. Nineteen of us are going to a Baptist compound in Haiti for 1 week to do construction work and a 3-day VBS program. This is part of a bigger project to build a seminary campus for Haitian pastors, that is being developed over the next couple years. We will fly out of Atlanta Wednesday, and fly back the following Wednesday, June 24th. Martha will be holding down the fort here at home with her mom. We’d appreciate your prayers for them and for me and the group in Haiti.
(I wonder if my African French will help me understand the French Creole in Haiti?)
