Hello, Palm Trees

January 6, 2010 by Tom

Over a thousand miles have rushed under our van since we left Michigan on Jan 1st and we have found ourselves driving in sun, snow, and some mighty gust’s of wind! Recently the icicle dripping cliffs have been replaced by patches of palm tree’s.

After our first brief round through Georgia, we arrived in Florida last night. An evening in West Virginia was followed by a couple of days with my brother & sister-in-law in North Carolina. This was their first time meeting Jude so that was really special, naturally they fell in love with him! Staying in Jeremy & Sara’s tiny cabin and talking about everything from socialism to the origins of the Moravian church, our time in North Carolina was very refreshing. We love and appreciate Jeremy & Sara; their love, support and encouragement means a lot.

“So far so good” is the way we feel about our trip thus far, please continue to pray for us as we travel. For safety, new connections with people interested in reaching the unreached and that Jude would continue to hang in their as his schedule has been turned upside down! Stay tuned for more updates!
