Thanks for praying, we’d like to announce (If you haven’t heard yet) that Simeon Ezra Trott has arrived! God’s timing was incredible! We left to go to the hospital for the birth minutes after Erika, Rachel’s mom, arrived from Papua New Guinea. It is all even more special, because Simeon was born on Andrew’s birthday, what a birthday present! He was born at 7:06pm on January 26th, 6lbs 13oz, 20 1/4” long. Simeon is healthy, and Rachel is recovering well. We have been so blessed by the love so many have already shown for our little boy. We continue to be amazed by God’s intricate and intelligent design in the miracle of birth, and in the life of a tiny baby.
We’re overjoyed and grateful to be able to love and care for him, every baby is a gift from our Father above, and we know that life will never be the same. We want to see him grow up to love and serve the Lord, and we look forward to the many adventures we will have together as we serve Him as a family.
If you would like to pray for us specifically:
-For us as we transition with a new baby, learning to care for him well.
-For God’s wisdom and strength as we balance our new little one and Ministry Partnership Development this year.
-That we would be a Christ-like witness as a family to all those we encounter, in all we say and do.

So great Erika gets to spend time with you. That couldn’t be better. I just hope I can hold him some. I just never get to hold a little baby & I love to. You just live about 2 miles from me. Love to all of you. What a precious post.
