Summer is a busy busy time! Hope you are having a good one! Here’s our update.
Dear Friends,
Thank you for your support for our family and ministries. We thank the Lord for you upon every remembrance of your kindnesses.
We would like to ask you to pray for a friend from days we were in the training Center. Dan was a student there. He grew up in Bolivia, and returned to serve in Bolivia these last 29 years. He was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to come home for treatment. Today’s report mentioned that the treatment was not being effective for him. Please pray for Dan as his family comes to be with him, and please pray for their comfort, as Dan makes his way Home to be with the Lord. Thank you.
We have good news to report, as well. Beka has passed her Flight Medic Certification exam, and Cody is almost done with the flights he needs for this first year of training. We are excited to be able to get together with the whole family over Cody’s break the next week or so. Brett and Debby and family came from Nicaragua as well. We love our family times!
Tim had a collision with a steel baseball bat and had to get some stitches in his forehead. I will forego the pictures! (I really don’t care to see them again!)
We are enjoying our time with Amy & Hector and the boys this summer. David and Joice were able to find a great deal on a car for his work. We are thankful to our faithful God for all of His blessings and provisions!
We will be praying also for the new group of Associate members who just had their Pre-Field Orientation. They will soon head out to their fields of service. George spoke on “What happens to people who never hear the Gospel” and “The Clarity of the Gospel” during their “PFO”. There are 15 of these folks preparing to GO INTO ALL THE WORLD.
Amy and Hector are hearing good reports from the tribe in Mexico that they want to go into, after training is done. God is preparing hearts even now.
We had a tremendous family reunion time in Georgia the last week of June and early July. Fun to get EVERYONE together. Here are a few pictures.
Amy and Hector are hearing go od reports from the tribe in Mexico that they want to go into, after training is done. God is preparing hearts even now.
Debby and her family return to Nicaragua this evening. Please pray for them, many bumps in their road-sickness has been a prevalent one for the 2 years they have been in Nicaragua.
Thanks for your support in friendship, prayers, and support. We love you all, and appreciate your heart for the work we do for Him.
