We’re leaving on a jet plane . . .

December 7, 2006 by Greg and Pamela Berglund

Just a quick note in the midst of packing to let you know what is going on with us. 3 DAYS! just 3 more days until we begin the LONG trip home from Indonesia. We will overnight in Singapore (with a hotel provided by our travel agent, Praise the Lord!) and then start the LONG 21 hour flight home. Please pray especially for the kids health. The kids have all gone through stomach flu symptoms this week, and we are dreading the thought that it might continue throughout that long flight. One interesting note, Thanks to the time changes we will leave Singapore, fly for 21 hours, and arrive in San Fransisco 2 hours after we left Singapore on the same day. Hard to imagine isn’t it?

Pray also for our team here, Paul and Herman arrive back from their trip to the village the day after we leave. They are traveling in less that ideal conditions as we speak (in the middle of rainy season in the jungle) . Pray for their health and safe travels.

Once we arrive in the States we will be in Sacramento for about 2 weeks spending Christmas with our families. Then we will head up to Montana and should arrive the 1st week in January.

Thanks for you faithful prayers for us!
