Update on Caleb Currently Caleb and Pam are in Singapore staying with another NTM family.  We arrived last Sunday night and were taken straight to the hospital where our AMAZING doctor, a Pediatric Hematologist.  was waiting (at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night) to see him. Caleb has been in the hospital since then and […]

February Berglund Bulletin

This coming week is finally the week of our team meetings. We asked in a previous prayer letter for you to pray for our decision about whether the whole family would be able to travel to the meetings or if only Greg would go. I m happy to report that the Lord worked out the details just fine. One of our team families needed to come here for some medical care, so that put 4 of our families here, and just one in the tribe, so we all pitched in to bring that family here. It works out well for us because I can continue teaching in the mornings.

Merry Christmas from the Berglunds

Merry Christmas from the Berglunds

December 19, 2009

Greeting from Indonesia, where we are enjoying a warm, rainy, tropical Christmas. We occasionally dream of a white Christmas, but then we remember the lost mittens, the 45 minutes of getting five children bundled up before going outside, and the muddy footprints on the carpet when we have to turn right back around and undo it all :-) In Actuality it is NOT the WHITE we are missing as much as we are missing YOU, our loved ones. Maybe next year you can plan to head over here and visit us to find out what a tropical Christmas is all about . . .but don't forget your sunglasses and flip flops!

September 15, 2009

I intended to write an update a few weeks ago, letting you know that we made it home safely from our trip to get our Visa's renewed. Well, we did make it home safely, and actually a trip that I was dreading turned out to be just what our family needed after a busy summer of painting our house and keeping up with our other responsibilities!
