During our time in Georgia we have been helping Dad to get used to the idea of mom being gone. We are also expecting our fourth child and were thinking of having her in Senegal. However, doctors said that there may be some complications. After much prayer, Charles and I decided to stay in the states until after she is born.
We are longing to return to Senegal. We did not want to be away right now but circumstances have led us here and we are following God’s leading. The good news is that in our absence, Georges and Martin are growing in their roles as leaders. It is also good for the community to see them as leaders.
Recently, they have cleared off the church property and praying together for what God has for the future, a building perhaps? They have also celebrated a baptism. Several people were recently baptized and it seems from the pictures that we missed a joyous celebration. We are longing to return.
