Please pray for strength of character, wisdom and discernment for the tribal people who are leading their own churches among the Manobo people of the Philippines, the Tobos of Papua New Guinea, the Semandangs of Indonesia and the Kuna people of Panama.

The growth in four tribal churches shows how much you are doing to bring glory to God’s name among the nations by being involved in our ministry.

Meghan, our second-oldest daughter, has gone from thinking about teaching English overseas to seriously considering it. She may teach English in China or Vietnam for a year after she graduates from the University of Central Florida in May with a degree in elementary education. Pray for wisdom and discernment as she makes her decision.

Pray that common sense and Bible study will win out as people develop strategies, attitudes and action plans for missions.

Common sense sometimes isn’t very common when it comes to attitudes about missions.

Praise God for the teamwork He’s assembled — included you and us — that is allowing missionaries to make disciples among the Abau people.

NTM missionaries are trying to plant churches. That takes one-on-one time invested in discipleship, and that requires a team of logistical missionaries.

Cross-cultural church planting is a complex task that requires a dedicated team. Pray that the church planting team of New Tribes Mission works together efficiently in harmony, so tribal churches can be planted and God’s name be glorified. Pray that more American believers will catch a vision of the need.
