Last month we received three times sad news about someone from our village passing away.
The news came via the 2-way-radio, and our coworkers at the mission center passed it on to us via email.
The sad thing about it is that at least 2 of the 3 could easily have survived if there were medicines available to them.
The good news is that all 3 have heard the Good News of what Jesus Christ has done for them and believed, as is available to the Lamogai people.
Sad news like this does not make it easy on us, here in Holland, on Home Assignment.
But we know that it is our time now to be at home with our family. The times of life are in His hands!
