>Hi and welcome to our news page. Please feel free to browse around through our links for more information on us and our work in Papua New Guinea.
Things are really well with us at the moment. Me and Marie were a bit sick last week but we are much better at the moment. We recently visited our friends in Potchefstroom and had the opportunity to attend the services on Sunday and have a good time of fellowship with some friends. We also had the opportunity to attend a course in Pretoria recently and there we presented our future work and also had the change to have a presentation on display. This created some lovely opportunities to meet people and we are praying that this will also open doors for the future. I just once again realized the great need for missionaries in this world and the great need for churches and Christians to get involved and assist and mobilize missionaries to go!
Not long ago we were here in Pretoria and had the oppertunity to attend a rugby game. In South Africa rugby is a much loved sport. Here you can see Naomi who came with us and a nice photo of one of the supporters who sat infront of me.
We are truly thankful to the Lord for all the doors he has opened for us here in SA. We have met many people and we are now planning to start developing relationships with these people. This means that we will be visiting many people and will be spending lots of time away from home. I must admit that this gets a bit tough on us and on the children and we will have to find away to accommodate our kids and the schooling and we are travelling around and visiting people. As we are traveling we also have the oppertunity to appreciate the beauty of our country. Here is a few photo’s.
This coming weekend we will be going to Phalaborwa again and are looking forward to see our friends there. This part of the country can get extremely warm during summer and I am sure we will be having a very warm weekend.
Well I don’t have many more photos to show but can always add a photo of us preparing another barbeque!

>Enjoy the travelling – and the summer! We seem to be on exact opposite schedules, because we just returned from our trip, and it’s getting colder here. We’re thinking of you, anyway. Say hi to Marie and the kids from us.
