Our lives are almost back to normal. We are still adjusting to a very quiet house. Heather, Cody and Haley were all here for the holidays. Now all three have gone back to school and we are alone with the dogs and cats. Maybe an empty nest has its good points, but it was great to have at least three of our children with us for Christmas. We missed not having Jason and his family here.
With the new year comes renewed activities such as AWANA, Ladies Bible Study, ESL classes and a few other things that were put on ‘hold’ during the holidays. I, (Jackie), am helping to lead a Bible Study on Mary, a Life of Humility, and attending another one on Walking in Faith. It is exciting to get to know more ladies in our church and to see many grow in their walk with the Lord.
