Student Response

December 26, 2014 by Randy and Diana Smyth

Recently Randy met with a High School youth group and shared about God’s heart for unreached people groups.  A young lady in ninth grade sent this text to the Youth Pastor:

“Hey Pastor Jeff!  Tonight was really cool – I always love to hear what Mr. Smyth has to say. I was so excited about the video* that I convinced my whole family to watch it right away… Even though it involved waking up a couple of them! … I just wanted to share with you how blessed I was by tonight and also wanted to suggest having Mr. Smyth share again sometime 🙂  Also, as I thought about those friends that I have been trying to invest in, I was blown away by this realization: I already understand their language and culture, my life and safety is not threatened, and I could very easily obtain a Bible in English for them… And I could do that all in a day, not over 9 years!”  (*Randy showed “YembiYembi Unto the Nations.”  You can see it on the NTM website: view www.ntm.org  then click “Videos & Photos.”)

Thank you for making our ministry possible!  🙂  We are deeply grateful for your prayers and generous financial partnership.  May the Lord bless you abundantly and continue to bless many through you!
