Audio Recording

After the Global Outreach Conference, I drove over to Waukesha, WI to film at New Tribes Bible Institute for a few days.

We planned our day over some great Mexican food at a train-restaurant Monday evening.  Tuesday we started early with setup and filming an interview with Shane, one of the physical plant workers.  We also interviewed the President, Ron Lindsey, about his ministry among the Siawi people, about the renovations on campus, and about NTBI’s efforts to mobilize students to be sent out to the far reaches on the earth!

We filmed shots of the chapel, classrooms, dorms, cafe and building. Most of my jobs were helping with set-up, recording audio for four interviews, capturing and backing up the media cards and sending the audio for transcription.  Having the transcript helps a lot with editing the story together.  I’m excited to see how all this come together!  When I get back to Florida, I’ll be working on a video that combines Linda and Ron’s interviews together.
