The Lord is good!  As of Wednesday night, April has finished her Cherokee write up.  We are grateful for so many prayers offered up on her behalf but are even more grateful to the one who listens and answers.  Thank you Lord.

April is in the process of analyzing all of the Cherokee language data that she has gathered and then writing a paper on it.  This is an enormous task.  Pray for her to remain dependant on the Lord as she seeks to try to finish it by Wednesday the 22nd of November.

Though we plan to be living out of the country for up to 4 years at a time, this still does not mean that we don't get homesick..

How can we be sure that the culture and language learning skills we have learned will really help us? Are we really prepared to go overseas and begin learning a tribal language? Will 6 weeks living among Cherokee people really be enough?

While April’s assignment this past week wasn’t a breeze, she still got through it and was able to healthily balance her life and get the language problem finished.  She really felt herself being carried along by many of your prayers.  Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers and answering!
