We are enjoying this year of Home Assignment. While sharing with churches and supporters is why we are here, we also enjoy the opportunities that only come in the States. For example, last weekend we, Stephen and Ginger, had the opportunity to attend a Couples Getaway. This was a wonderful time for us to seek God’s face concerning our marriage and our personal relationships with God Himself. A bonus to the weekend was enjoying the beauty of God’s creation which included a beautiful lake and the beginnings of fall colors.
Not only was it a wonderful time for us, our children had an exciting weekend with Grandpa and Grandma Watters. The grandparents had their hands full watching our four very energetic children, and we are happy to say that they all survived.
