Well, you guys – after testing out of national language study in early February, our life has been filled with a flurry of packing and planning! But God has continued to sustain us, and – with a TON of help from both family and friends – we finished our preparations and are on the move!
Today at noon local time, we left the Chihuahua guesthouse and pointed our truck north. Around 5pm Mountain Time, we crossed back into the United States… and are on our way back to Washington! (Don’t worry, friends east of the Pacific Time Zone: we’ll come your way in August/September!)
It’s been a long road, and another long journey lies ahead – both literally and figuratively! Yet we serve a faithful God, and His sufficiency never wanes. We look forward to catching up with so many of you over the months to come, and sharing the stories of His provision these last years.
Looking forward “very much” to having you with us!
Well, God has gotten you on the way!!! Praise His name! I’m excited for you as you make your way to
Washington. Such an encouraging newsletter! We are all praying you here safely and trusting our God
to take good care of you all. Its been hard and you are tired, but know that God is pleased to have you
on the way to see your family who love and miss you so much!!! The welcome signs are out and our hearts
are exited to see you and love on you. Drive carefully and care for each other along the way. Our prayers
are with you. Love you & Like you, Grammie/GiGi
Will you be passing through the Bay Area tomorrow (Friday 3/15)? Would love to say a quick hello as you pass through, if it works.
