Some things we’re thankful for!

In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Thankful: Here in America it is “that time of year;” our Thanksgiving holiday is only a week away! We are truly THANKFUL for each one of you who are part of our lives and the ministry to the Higaunon people in the Philippines. We cannot do what we do without you; your prayers and financial partnership are vital.

Answered prayer: In our last update we asked for urgent prayer for SW, who was going home to East Asia. She had a wonderful time at home and was able to share her faith with family and friends. Thank you for your praying for her and her family! Pray that they would respond to our Father’s love.

Tickets: We have airline tickets to go back to the Philippines in January! We are so THANKFUL for those who gave toward this need. We have less than two months till we fly. Please pray with us as we plan and prepare to leave. If you would like to help with any of this, feel free to write for details.

Translation: The goal to finish the rough draft of the Minor Prophets before we return to the Philippines is within reach, despite some very challenging verses! Lance is working on Zechariah, which he saved for the last of the Minor Prophets. Thank you for praying for wisdom with the translation work!

Thankful: We are THANKFUL to be able to spend the holiday with some of our family “locally.” Our hearts are full of THANKSGIVING for all of God’s blessings and that includes each of you!
