Declaring His Glory This Christmas And Into The New Year

December 22, 2021 by Lance and Laura Ostman

Merry Christmas: From our house to yours, we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.

In this atmosphere of fear that many are experiencing these days, God has appointed each of us to be His light bearers to dispel fear and to “Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.” 1 Chronicles 16:24

One does not have to ask God for opportunities to bear that light to others as opportunities abound. That would be like asking the sun to shine on a cloudless day. We just have to be faithful to share the good news of Christ. After all, isn’t that what Christmas is really all about?

Translation work: Lance has been rechecking all the Old Testament books that are considered finished by the consultant. He’s looking for anything that he thinks needs attention. He finished Genesis through Leviticus last year and in January he began in the book of Numbers and now he’s working on Isaiah. Please pray for wisdom.

Typhoon: The Philippines was hit by a super typhoon December 14. Thankfully it did not hit our village but did cause much destruction and death in the country. Please pray for our aviation team as they are delivering relief to hard hit areas. Thousands have lost homes and have little food and drinking water. Thank you for praying.

A big thank you to each of you who partner with us in prayer and finances allowing us to do the work God has given us to do.

Secure in Christ’s love,

Lance & Laura
