The Civil Aviation Safety Authority PNG auditors arrived last week and conducted an inspection of not only our new Kodiak but also of our flight and maintenance programs. By the end of their time, we were cleared in all three…..meaning we are now legally able to move on to the next step in getting the Kodiak into service. A few more things need to happen (compass swing and a return-to-service flight) and then we will start training our pilots. These are exciting but very busy days for our team. This was a big hurdle and we sure do appreciate your prayers.
Keep Praying for RAIN!
We are still way below our normal rain levels. And while things are starting to turn green again, if we don’t get more rain, the local’s gardens will fail (again) and more folks will continue to go hungry. And even with the rain we have been receiving locally, many other areas are still suffering.
