Questions that people are asking us

October 18, 2010 by Stephen and Ginger Jordan

Every week we find ourselves sharing in a new church.  However, the questions people are asking about our family and about the Agutaynens are usually the same questions that other churches have asked before.  So, we have decided to post these questions on our blog, along with our answers.  Every week, we will try to post one specific question on our blog and share with you our answer.  Generally, these will be short updates that you can read in just a minute or two.  So, here we go . . .

Question #1:  How is Luke doing with his asthma problem?

Luke having a great time
Luke having a great time

Upon arriving back in the States, we slowly weaned Luke off the medicine that he was taking for his breathing problems.  During that time and since then we have not seen any problems with Luke’s breathing.  He continues to be very active:  climbing trees, playing football and biking.  Praise the Lord with us that he is doing great!  We are unsure, though, if his improvement is due to our move back to the States.  Possibly the change in location and climate has helped in Luke’s recovery.  We were never able to determine what triggered Luke’s breathing problems, so it’s possible that it may have been something in our village in the Philippines.  So, we ask you to continue to pray for Luke, especially when we return to the Philippines around June 30th.  Thank you very much.

What question would you like us to answer next?  Please email us and let us know.
