Following the Lord

February 1, 2014 by Stephen and Ginger Jordan

For His Glory
For His Glory

God is working and He is changing lives.  This past Sunday, seven believers in our village followed the Lord in baptism.  To follow Him means going against their culture and traditions. And that is what these seven have chosen to do.  We praise the Lord for their step of faith and pray for strength and boldness.  For some of these, their decision will be met with criticism and they will be accused of forsaking their families.  This is why we ask you to pray for them.  For another man, his decision was met with praise, for his wife and grown children were all baptized last year.  With his baptism, the whole family is now serving God in unity.  Praise the Lord with us!   Thank you for praying for these brothers and sisters in the Lord.
