We are excited to be involved in the work of Ethnos360 to see a thriving church for every people. We had the privilege of working with the Siawi people of Papua New Guinea from 1998 until 2009. Today, there is a thriving church among the Siawi people. They have the New Testament in their own language, and they are sending out missionaries from the local church. While our hearts remain with the Siawi people and the growing Siawi church, we are thankful for the opportunity to be involved with church planting around the world.
Now, we are the directors of the 360Care team. Our role as co-directors is to provide caring leadership, accountability, and mentoring of missionaries heading to their first ministry assignment. Starting with a membership interview and orientation, we work with new missionaries as they develop their partnership team and work toward their first field assignment. Our goal is to see missionaries make a successful and healthy transition to their first ministry assignment.
