From the school bench / uit de schoolbank

09/05/2010 by Jan Wols

As homework the class was asked to write a short story. Tintor, is an older lady who had a hard time keeping up with her class mates. But after others had read their story in front of the class, see too got up and read her own first written story. When she was done the whole class gave her applause. We are so proud of her. And we are so glad we did not give up on her. It will not be long now until she will be able to read the Bible for herself.
