You alone are God of all the kingdoms of the earth. You alone created the heavens and the earth.” Dear Brothers and Sisters, Why do we hesitate—or even resist—doing hard […]

Reading: Psalm 96; Isaiah 35 Key Verse: Isaiah 35:3 — “With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees.” Dear Brothers and Sisters, Do you have tired hands? This Feels Familiar

This Feels Familiar

The Short-n-Sweet: Hi Friends, One step forward… one step back? Rest Above the Waves

Rest Above the Waves

Dear Brothers and Sisters, These past two weeks have been overwhelming. With our gov rep’s departure, I’ve had to learn his role, train others, and manage the facility in Port Moresby—all while continuing my director responsibilities. I thank God for 2 PNGian employees, who have taken on much of the work, yet as I left […]

Not in a Panic … Anymore …

God has given me the opportunity and the privilege of meeting with one of our interns this year.  When asked if I would be willing to meet with her this year as part of the internship program I panicked, thinking, what do I have to offer this little gal, who just graduated in May after […]

Thankful!

Thankful!

“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.” (Psalm 136:1) This season, I feel like I have lots to be grateful for and wanted to share just a few of the big and small ones with you (in no particular order): The list could go on, but I’ll stop here so you have […]
